Learnosity’s admin console had a create-user flow that broke quietly: steps got missed, and admins wouldn’t find out until a locked-out user would get in touch. I redesigned the flow as a clear, sequential stepper, breaking the process into distinct steps so admins could see exactly where they were and what still needed to happen before a new user could log in.
The change cut missed steps and support tickets. One admin messaged our team unprompted, just to say thanks.
